Quickstart¶
First of all, make sure that you have an API key ready to use. Tornium will accept “Limited” and “Full Access” API keys, although none of Tornium’s features will utilize the extra permissions granted by a “Full Access” key. Generally, you’d want to use a freshly generated so that you can easily revoke the key and monitor the key’s usage.
Setting Up Tornium Bot¶
More information on how Tornium Bot works and detailed setup information can be found here.
Invite the bot using one of the following links:
An invitation link with specific, required permissions: https://discord.com/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id=979105784627593266&permissions=469969968&scope=bot%20applications.commands
An invitation link with administrator permissions: https://discord.com/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id=979105784627593266&permissions=8&scope=bot%20applications.commands
Make sure that a server administrator is signed into Tornium.
And that’s it for all the basic commands. Certain commands will require additional setup in the server dashboard. Further setup instructions can be found on the page for Tornium’s bot.
